Muse has promoted North West project boss Stuart Rogers into a newly-created national operations director role as the regeneration specialist gears up to convert a swelling £6.3bn pipeline into live delivery.

Rogers joined Muse in April 2022 and has since risen from the North West team to director of project management for the region.

He has been closely involved in regeneration schemes in St Helens, Prestwich, Wythenshawe and Oldham, while also helping shape the firm’s wider ESG, sustainability and Building Safety Regulator approach.

He now steps into a business-wide leadership post focused on tightening delivery standards across the group and strengthening strategic relationships with contractors, consultants and the wider supply chain.

The move comes as Muse pushes ahead with a major national expansion drive.

Over the last year its development pipeline has climbed 29% from £4.9bn to £6.3bn, including preferred bidder positions, as regional teams across London, the Midlands, the North West and Yorkshire and the North East prepare more sites for delivery.

Managing director Phil Mayall said: “We’re delighted to announce Stuart’s promotion to the newly created position of operations director.”

He added that Rogers would help make sure Muse had “aligned, streamlined, delivery structures in place” to maintain standards and support growth across the business.
