Winners named for £2.6bn NHS SBS Modular 3 framework
Twenty-seven firms have secured places on the Government’s next-generation modular building framework.
The four-year framework for public sector clients encompasses both permanent and rental modular solutions.
It will be used for schools and healthcare jobs as well as residential newly introduced in the third iteration of the framework.
This includes standard and bespoke buildings tailored to the needs of the education, healthcare, and wider public sectors.

The lotting structure for the NHS SBS, which includes local authorities, sees the introduction of residential for the first time, while a specialised kitchen lot is dropped.
The previous generation framework being replaced saw 9 firms drop out or collapse from the original lineup.
