Wates, Morgan Sindall and Fortem land places on £1bn SEC deal
Procurement group South East Consortium has picked 10 firms for its new £1bn Decarbonisation Partnerships Framework.
Big-name operators including Wates, Fortem, Equans, and Morgan Sindall Property Services are joined by a strong mix of regional and SME specialists.

The four-year deal will offer housing providers and public sector clients across London and the South East fast-track delivery of major retrofit and energy-efficiency programmes.
The framework covers all aspects of decarbonisation from heating and insulation upgrades to renewables and energy-management systems.
A total of 29 bids were received, with 15 coming from SMEs.
