United Living Group has acquired £22m turnover civil engineering contractor Peter Duffy Ltd.

The Wakefield-based firm specialises in water infrastructure and will become part of United Living’s Infrastructure Services division.

Peter Duffy Ltd has been trading since 1972 and employs 135 staff.
