Residential specialist Sheen Lane Developments is set to go into administration.

The Richmond based firm is listed for an administration application hearing at Leeds Crown Court on Friday.

The move follows a number of winding-up petitions against the company which has been in business since 2013.

Since then the developer has delivered over 2,600 residential units and 120,000 sq ft of commercial floorspace across 48 residential schemes in London and the south east with a combined Gross Development Value in excess of £1bn.

Latest accounts for Sheen Lane for the year to April 30 2023 show a turnover of £50.5m generating a pre-tax loss of £27m which was mainly blamed on exceptional write-downs of £23.1m on previously estimated profits for developments completed for sister companies.
