Peel Ports has appointed a line-up of contractors to deliver general and marine construction works across its estate in a massive £750m framework shake-up.
Covering up to eight years, the new construction and civils frameworks span 8 regional lots and one national major works package. The goal is to boost delivery performance, drive innovation, and help Peel Ports hit its 2040 net zero target.

Frameworks cover everything from road and warehouse builds to quay walls, piling, linkspans, and MEICA. Each contract kicks off with a four-year term and options for two two-year extensions.
Peel said the frameworks would promote collaboration, innovation and greater programme certainty, with early contractor involvement and rate card benchmarking a key part of the delivery model.
