Peel L&P has today announced that a planning application has been submitted for the next major development at Liverpool Waters. The application submitted by Peel L&P and Your Housing Group (YHG) is for a 31 storey, residential development, called Patagonia Place, which consists of 278 homes and is located at Princes Dock, one of five neighbourhoods at the £5 billion waterfront development which has already seen four new residential schemes undertaken. Liverpool Waters will transform 60 hectares of historic docklands and is the biggest single regeneration project in the history of Liverpool. The development will offer 2,000,000 sq.m of floorspace which will include 9,000 residential homes, 315,000 sq.m. of business space and 53,000 sq.m. of hotel and conference facilities.
