Big trade names dropped in M Group rebrand
Acquisitive M Group, formed from Morrison Utility Services over 20 years ago, is dropping a host of big trade names in a sweeping corporate rebrand.
Around 20 firms acquired by the business will now come under the M Group marque covering a £2.5bn portfolio.
Brands like Morrison Water Services, Milestone Infrastructure, Dyer & Butler and Avonline will all disappear, but the group’s leadership and teams remain unchanged.
M Group employs more than 11,000 staff operating from over 200 locations.
Andrew Findlay, chief executive at M Group, said: “Our new brand captures our capacity and capability for maintaining, renewing and reimagining infrastructure to meet the challenges and demands of a changing world.”

M Group Water – takes over from Morrison Water Services
M Group Energy – Morrison Energy Services, Morrison Data Services and Callisto
M Group Telecom – Morrison Telecom Services, Magdalene, Waldon Telecom and Avonline
M Group Highways – Milestone Infrastructure
M Group Rail & Aviation – Dyer & Butler, KH Engineering and Antagrade
Seeka is a part of the M Group family that will be retaining its brand and most recent acquisitions – AgilityEco and BGEN that will continue to exist for a period of time as the evolution of M Group continues.
