25 firms land places on £250m Guinness safety framework
The Guinness Partnership has selected 25 firms from over 88 bidders to deliver a major new £250m buildings remediation framework designed to tackle fire safety and structural issues across its housing stock.
Among the winners are Axis Europe, Durkan, Higgins, Mulalley, Fortem Solutions and Stanmore Contractors.

The four-year deal will support both planned and reactive projects, ranging from unsafe cladding replacement and fire door upgrades to façade repairs, balcony refurbishments and structural strengthening.
Guinness stressed the framework was structured to give opportunities for tier 1 players, regional contractors and specialists.
The framework will run from 13 October to October 2029.
